Welcome

Glad you're here.

Thanks for helping us test our Chicago card game. Here's a quick orientation.

What's in the deck

Each card has a Chicago event on one side and the year that event happened on the other. There are 96 cards in total, spanning from the early 1800s to today.

Pick a game

The same deck plays six different games. Some are quick and loud, some are slow and strategic, and there's a casual social one for the friends who don't really want to play a game. Pick one that fits your mood.

Fast. Loud. A little crazy.

10 Second Tom

Race to put your cards in order, year hidden. 10 seconds per turn.

Casual. Social.

Decades

Guess the decade of each event before anyone else. Race The Table to three cards.

Strategic. Slow burn.

Timelapse

Play cards in chronological order. Get caught with an older year? Pick up the stack.

Familiar. A little bluffy.

5 Card Draw

Poker, but the years are your card values. Make the best hand and walk away the winner.

Familiar. Cozy.

Bingo!

Build a personal grid. The caller announces decades. First full row, column, or diagonal wins.

Strategic. Test your history.

Gridlock

Place hidden cards into a chronologically sorted grid. Wrong placement? Pick up the pile.
