Each player arranges the cards in front of them, year-side up, in any order they want, into a 4×4 grid.
Place the remainder of the deck year-side up in the middle of the table. This is where you will pull all new decades.
Who Goes First
Designate a“caller” for each game, that person will announce the year and reveal the next top card on the deck for everybody to see.
Game Play
Whatever card is shown on the top of the deck is a free flip for anyone with a card in that same decade.
When everybody is ready, the caller takes the top card of the deck and places it into a discard pile, year-side up. The caller then announces the decade of the next card revealed on the deck.
Any player who has a card within that same decade may flip it over.
The caller will continue to reveal new decades.
The round is over after the first person has flipped over 3 cards that connect horizontally, vertically, or diagonally.
The person who wins 3 rounds is the ultimate champion. They shall be declared the ultimate champion and bestowed graces until a new ultimate champion is declared.
